I started my career in Colombia and moved to Australia to build a life from scratch. I know what it means to feel unsure, out of place, and to keep going anyway. That journey shaped everything I do today. Resilience, clarity, fairness, and connection aren’t just values. They’re what helped me build a meaningful life and career.
And now, they shape how I help others do the same. I’ve seen how powerful it is when people believe in themselves, and when businesses believe in their people.
