About me

I grew up as the youngest of five

In a loud, busy Colombian family

In an environment where the oldest get heard first and the youngest learn to observe, think, and pick their moment.

My voice wasn’t the loudest, so I had to make it count. If I wanted to be heard, I couldn’t rely on volume.

I had to rely on clarity, intelligence and timing.

That’s where I learned something most leaders never do:  you don’t need to be the loudest to be listened to. You need to be clear, grounded and worth following.

At school, it was the same.

I wasn’t the popular kid or the loud kid. I was the invisible one with a sharp mind and something to say.

People listened because what I said made sense.

Later in life, I went to Uni

Did my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. It taught me discipline, structure and how organisations think about numbers.

But the numbers never told the whole story.

You can track every cent, but no spreadsheet shows the cost of unclear leadership, shifting expectations or teams operating on guesswork.

So I did something few do: I looked past the numbers and into the people.

I completed a Master of Human Resources Management and entered corporate HR determined to understand why capable teams still underperform, and why smart leaders still struggle to lead people.

Here’s the part most consultants won’t say:

HR isn’t broken. It’s limited.

Too reactive. Too administrative. Too focused on frameworks leaders aren’t equipped to execute.

And inside the system, I saw both sides:

➡️  I was an employee watching leadership gaps up close.

➡️  I was in HR seeing the operational consequences of those gaps.

➡️  I worked with Senior Leaders who were drowning in pressure from above and dysfunction from below.

➡️  I saw managers who weren’t respected or heard, not because they lacked   intelligence, but because no one taught them how to lead people.

➡️  And I saw talented teams underperforming because communication was vague, direction changed daily and hard conversations were avoided.

I lived the system.

I saw every blind spot.

I felt the impact of every unclear message, every avoided conversation, every cultural misalignment.

And I realised something simple but uncomfortable:

The biggest performance leak in any organisation isn’t skill.

It’s leadership behaviour.

No HR process can fix what unclear leaders break.

So I stepped out, not to criticise HR, but because the real work happens in the conversations leaders avoid, in the expectations they don’t set and in the behaviours they don’t correct.

Now I work with Senior Leaders because I know what it feels like to have a voice that isn’t fully heard , to be smart, capable and committed but pulled in every direction

Senior Leaders carry the load quietly.

They take the hits.
They steady the ship.
They deal with the people issues no one trains them for.
They’re expected to solve cultural, behavioural and performance problems on top of everything else.

I’m here to change that.

I help Managers lead in a way that makes people listen, not out of fear, but out of respect.

I help them communicate clearly, manage behaviour with confidence and build teams that perform at the level they’re being paid for.

I help them remove friction, lift capability and say the things that need to be said.

And I can do this because I’ve lived all of it, as an employee, as HR, as a coach, as a migrant, as someone who has had to earn her voice through clarity, not noise.

My mission is simple:

Make sure your people, your most expensive investment, perform at the level they’re capable of.

And make leadership easier, cleaner and more human.

Because you don’t need to be loud to lead. You need to be clear.

And clarity is my thing.
