What you get: Two sessions per month, accountability, voice notes between sessions.

• You're about to make a call: a restructure, an exit, a promotion, and there's no one you can think out loud with who isn't affected by the outcome.

• You're exhausted from being the last line of defence on every hard decision in the business.

• You know exactly what needs to happen with one person on your team and you've been putting it off for weeks because it's you who has to do it.

• The higher you go, the fewer people tell you the truth. You need one person who still will.

Format: 2 sessions/month  + between-session access 

• Your leadership team is capable, but you're still the one who ends up making the call, every time. That's not because they can't. It's because nobody's ever built them into a team that decides without you.

• You promoted your people for their technical skill. They're excellent at the work. Nobody's taught them the other half of the job yet, leading people, having the hard conversation, holding the line.

• When they agree with you in the room, you want to know it's because they actually agree, not because saying so is easier than the alternative.

• The business is growing faster than your team's ability to run without you in every decision. Either that gap closes, or it becomes the ceiling on how big this business can get.
