The Leadership Reset is a time-bound consulting engagement, typically delivered over 4 - 6 weeks, depending on team size and complexity. It’s designed to create clarity quickly, reset leadership behaviour, and embed practical standards that hold under pressure.

Phase 1: Diagnostic

Before fixing anything, we get clear.


 

Timeframe: 1–2 weeks
