It was so interesting to experience how the journey evolve working with Rosie. My appreciation of where I should grow and focus my attention shifted for the better thanks to her guidance and curated tools. The help I received from Rosie was extraordinary. I was having my mid-life crisis late in life. Although I was happy with having met my responsibilities, I was at a point where I could focus on a goal. All I did was flounder. Rosie floated into my orbit like a butterfly. Whereas responsibilities arise from obligations imposed from without, goals come from within. I didn’t have the tools to shift my head to the new paradigm. Lord knows she had to work hard on me. To expose all these blockages that were hidden and entrenched. Her approach, which is one I would describe as nested in humility, was tenacious. She did not let me get away with the cliché responses I would routinely deliver. Getting through to me must have been like chiselling rock, but she was a sharp tool. I am left with capabilities that Iuse daily and for which I am very thankful. During our sessions together, I often referred to her as Sophie. She asked why and I didn’t know. It became somewhat of a game to figure out why I was doing this. I’m happy to say that I've finally solved the puzzle. It is derived from a Greek word for wisdom. Rosie has this in spades.

I started my sessions with Rosie because I was feeling exhausted both emotionally and professionally. I was not satisfied with the work I was doing and I felt frustrated with how I was living my life, because I did not like my job. I felt blocked and disappointed for not getting what I wanted. My main goal was to work in corporate again. I told Rosie

what I wanted, and she gradually helped me to find the path to follow until I finally got there. Today I feel happy, I managed to join the corporate world again and I am working in my profession. My life has taken a total and very positive turn. She was very assertive when indicating the aspects that I had to take into account to change and

improve.It was a very pleasant experience working with her. She was very dedicated and committed to each session I had with her. Coach Rosie guided me to look at my current life results and challenged me to plan actions and realistic milestones towards my desired goals. After a 30 minute consult with Rosie, she had a genuine understanding of the challenges I felt in my life. Rosie has been an amazing person to work with. Not only did she help me with the interview prep, but encouraged and motivated me along the way. She is very passionate about what she does and went above and beyond toensure I was fully prepped, and carried the right attitude.

I wanted to improve my performance in interviews in general, and prepare for one particular interview. I felt like even in interviews that went well, I still got caught short with one or two questions each time, and my stress levels were through the roof. Rosie is super efficient. I only had 4 days to prepare for the interview and Rosie sent me some guidance material right away to start preparing. We had a couple of meetings and Rosie made me practice giving answers to interview questions and helped me reformulate better, more snappy answers. Rosie taught me not to get lost in the details of 'what' my example was about, but rather focus on my actions and the results, which is how I can best demonstrate my skills to the interviewer. After working with Rosie, my replies were still genuinely mine and they were a lot more concise and to the point. At the interview, I answered all the questions in a record time and the interviewers said they had all the material they needed from me. They made me an offer a few days later! Do it! Rosie knows HR and recruitment processes like the back of her hand. She can explain to you 'the game' so that you are prepared and feel confident on interview day. In my whole life, this is the interview I felt best prepared for, thanks to Rosie.
